We actually had an actual site visit to this company and we were shocked that they actually welcomed us with a professional welcome ceremony, really didn’t expect that. We were introduced to their board of fame on who and whom they work with or collaborate with before, and then a tour on all the Pilates equipment they have, as well as sports exercise accessories. I would say it’s a very well equipped and resourceful company. Hence after touring different company we decided to choose them because of their professionalism in handling or ordering especially after sales service especially we are from abroad, so we think this is very important between you and the supplier. Quick respond from them as well, very prompt, from ordering to delivering and then to installation, everything was so organised and perfect. Most importantly, the quality of the product was top notch, we ordered a reformer and a reformer with tower. All accessories are packed and given in a complete set. Overall I’m very very satisfied with the outcome. Many many thanks to the person in charge, Ms Lydia. many many thanks to you and appreciate for all that you have helped.
